I contacted Leach & Sons because of their reputation and personal experience with my family. In selecting a company to install, troubleshoot, repair/replace, I look for responsiveness to initial inquiry, honesty, frankness with sharing of information, options available and reasonable costs given the state of the economy, scope of the work that needs to be done, timeliness in starting and completing the task. Post work- how does a company follow up and respond to queries from the customer. Leach & Sons have responded to my inquiries and standards with excellence and I really appreciated that.
