Given our family’s 30+ year customer relationship, it wasn’t surprising that when we had a problem with our water softener, Leach & Sons was: (1) prompt in returning our call, (2) honest in their upfront assessment of the cost to fix the problem, and (3) professional and courteous in fixing the problem.
