We have been a customer for 35+ years. We recently moved & Rex came out and checked out what we had – determined the iron filter was sufficient and scheduled an installation of the water softener for the next day. Installer was knowledgeable, neat and courteous. It’s only been a week but the water quality seems to be fine. If I have a problem, all I need to do is call them. We have recommended this business to several friends and family over the years. Their service is above and beyond!
