Sales representative helped me to see which softener I really needed. Convinced me I did not need most expensive replacement. Hopefully this one lasts for 18 years like our first one from Leach and Sons. I know it is a quality softener and expect the same level of excellence as our first one. No hesitation on recommending Leach and Sons.
